Firefighter dies after bulldozer rolls into ravine

The Associated Press MONTEREY – A firefighter has died of injuries received in a bulldozer rollover while battling a Monterey County blaze. Matthew Will was operating the bulldozer in a steep, rural area of the county Monday afternoon when the vehicle rolled into a ravine. The 30-year-old was flown to San Jose Regional Medical Center in serious condition, and died Tuesday morning. The 47-acre fire off Palo Colorado Road is now fully contained.
