first_imgStockland has unveiled its latest new village in its Caloundra West community of Aura, launching The Elements with 245 home sites ranging from 375sq m to 1,110sq m.NATURE takes a front seat in this new estate, with strict building guidelines requiring the use of raw materials, and a high standard of landscaping to preserve the estates natural beauty.Under construction in Caloundra West, The Elements is located in Aura’s first suburb Baringa, giving nature first place in its design.Stockland regional manager Ben Simpson said it was exciting to be reaching another milestone at the community.“The Elements will be a place where residents will be able to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax in the house of their dreams, enjoying lush green surroundings and a sense of being truly at one with nature,” Mr Simpson said.“Home sites will be governed by special building guidelines that require the use of raw materials, contemporary architectural design and a high standard of landscaping.”The Elements will have 245 home sites, with the largest lot sizes to date in Aura.
